About Us
We are a First Nations organisation working to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals and families. Our team leads the way in delivering a whole of community, whole of life approach.
We privilege First Nations knowledge systems and practice, working towards national reform and evidencing a new way of working. Over time, we create and deliver an integrated system that responds to the child and their family through key transition points from pre-birth to young adulthood.
We build on the cultural, social, and economic strength of our communities, ensuring a future for our children and grandchildren that gives them freedom, opportunity and rights to their culture and identity.
About the Role
The Head of Health will lead a small multi-disciplinary team delivering the Family Health and Wellbeing Framework. This framework recognises and supports local traditional cultural knowledge systems and practices, as well as Western approaches to improved health outcomes.
The successful candidate will have experience in health promotion and a strong understanding of working with First Nations communities.
