Salary Range: Senior Educators – ranging from $38.02 p/hr to $40.33 p/hr + Superannuation

Your Impact! As a Senior Educator, you will collaborate with your team to observe, inform, and improve our educational programs, prioritizing safety and inclusivity to meet the needs of all children.
Senior Educator Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and staff. Lead engaging classroom activities, working effectively with educators, families, and children to implement educational programs. Utilize the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education in collaboration with the Education Leader. Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart policies and procedures. Contribute positively to the Centre's and business plans. You'll need: Diploma of Early Childhood Education for Senior Educator qualification. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS. A support culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement. Ability to seek and share best practices to enhance educational programs. What Goodstart offers: Competitive pay above award wages
