About the RoleReporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our broking team and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. You'll assist with administrative tasks across a diverse portfolio of SME and Commercial accounts and collaborate with colleagues across our Queensland office.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing documentation including invoices, proposal forms, and policy declarationsSupport the renewal and new business process by gathering information and comparing termsHelp manage policy documentation, endorsements, and variation requestsMaintain accurate records and assist with credit control tasksContribute to special projects and team initiatives
What You'll BringA strong attention to detail and a willingness to learnExcellent communication and organisational skillsA positive, can-do attitude and a client-first mindsetBasic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in administration or customer service is helpful but not essential
