Our Program Management Office focuses on ensuring our most important programs and projects are well governed, well managed and deliver real outcomes.

The role of Manager – PMO sits at the centre of our delivery activity, providing oversight, structure and confidence through strong governance, clear reporting and proactive risk management.

This is a varied and hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys being a builder and influencer, not just a caretaker, who can bring clarity to complexity, strengthen delivery maturity and help turn strategy into results that make a meaningful difference to community health outcomes.

What you would be doing

Working closely with the General Manager and the wider executive team, you'll provide insight, thoughtful challenge and assurance that shapes strategic decisions. You will:

* Set the standards for how programs and projects are run
* Support leaders with clear insights and advice
* Build organisational capability
* Lead a small specialist PMO team

Here's what you'll look like

* Program/Project management and governance capability: The ability to design, embed and operate effective program and project methodologies and governance structures across the organisation
* Risk management, data, reporting: Strong capability in identifying, managing and escalating delivery risks while translating complex portfolio data into clear, meaningful insights for executives
* Leadership, stakeholder engagement and capability building: The ability to lead a small specialist team while influencing senior stakeholders by coaching, lifting organisational capability and building a consistent project management culture
