About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our talented team at our beautiful store located at Warwick Perth. This is a key leadership role that supports the Store Manager to coach, develop and mentor the store team to strive for exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales. Our Assistant Managers are provided with a unique rotating roster that supports work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly sales targets and KPI's
- Maintain high standards of product presentation and store operations
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance store culture
- Participate in regular in-store training and development with the Regional Manager
About You
- Desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPI's
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
- Passion for detailed home styling and creating a beautiful home environment
