Job Description
* Develop and implement sustainability strategies across the Energy & Natural Resources department.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and compliance standards.
* Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and key indicators.
* Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and initiatives.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in environmental impact and resource efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in sustainability.
* Provide expert advice on sustainability issues relevant to the financial services industry.
* Lead training and awareness programs to embed sustainability into the organisational culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sustainability Manager should have:
* A strong background in sustainability, particularly within the Energy transition, digital infrastructure or real estate sectors.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline.
* Proven ability to develop and execute sustainability strategies.
* Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Analytical skills to interpret sustainability metrics and data effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving positive change.
