About the Role
As our Chef de Partie, you'll bring skill, creativity, and consistency to the kitchen. You will be hands-on at the pans, working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver dishes that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients. This is an opportunity to work across diverse services – from intimate à la carte dining to large-scale weddings and events – in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Running the pans section with confidence and efficiency
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
* Leading and guiding junior staff
* Maintaining food hygiene and workplace safety standards
* Managing portions, stock, and waste to ensure profitability
