Job Summary
* This is a key role in the Asset & Engineering team, reporting to the Principal Track/Civil Engineer for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Country Regional Network (CRN) contract.
Main Responsibilities
1. Hold engineering authority for all Structures infrastructure on the CRN as delegated by the Principal Track and Civil Engineer.
2. Review and endorse Operational Engineering Manuals, Technical Notes, and Forms, issue engineering waivers against Operational Engineering Manuals, review and accept engineering designs as required.
3. Investigate infrastructure irregularities such as ONRSR category A & B related to structures. Facilitate change to Engineering Standards managed by TfNSW. Provide advice on asset management plans (50AMP).
Skill Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in an Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years business operational experience within operations maintenance /resources industries,
sound understanding of Asset Management Systems Assurance standards.
