Rodin’s dedicated and experienced CIO practice focuses on understanding our clients’ business priorities and planning for technology development, while driving efficiency ensuring the company is minimising risks.
Our IT/Technology experts create a roadmap for embracing technology across our client’s business to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with their business objectives. We take on the challenges of ensuring clients’ have the best technology solutions for their business, that implementations and upgrades are well planned, and delivered with minimal impact on the day to day business operations.
Due to the success of our CIO practice, we need a new member to join the team.
About you:
You are the go to person within your organisation to determine the right technology solution to solve business problems. You may be in a Managed Service business, designing and delivering strategic IT initiatives for clients. You may be working within a company, managing all elements of IT strategy and delivery. You have demonstrated experience in both business and technology. You are someone who can translate technology to business speak and business speak to technology requirements. You deal at the Board level as easily as you do to a team of technologists, 3rd party vendors and IT solution providers and everyone in between.

The role:
* Meet with client stakeholders, define objectives, examine technology, and identify areas for improvement.
* Create a roadmap for each client that resolves challenges, prioritises, and executes plans and maximises investment return.
* Review client architecture and applications, identify enhancements, and implement recommended strategies.
* Review client processes to deliver efficiency, better technology use and measure success
* Regular engagement with stakeholders to offers ongoing advice, ensuring the roadmap evolves with the client’s business.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor level qualifications in IT or similar
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated ability to understand the IT landscape, identify challenges and opportunities and translate those into execution plans
