Role Overview
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supporting clients between the ages of and with mild, moderate and or severe mental health needs to ensure they are well supported in the community through a comprehensive model of primary health and mental health care, ensuring clients receive the right care at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct culturally sensitive and thorough assessments of clients.
* Provide treatment and intensive case management support.
* Engage in assertive outreach to address emerging mental health needs.
* Apply advanced specialist knowledge and clinical expertise in mental health assessments and decision making.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
* Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration, or
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration, or
* Bachelor of Social Work with AASW registration.
* Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
* Current C-Class Driver's License.
* Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
