About the Role:
Protech is seeking a driven and proactive 360 Account Manager to join our Wagga Wagga team. This client-facing role suits both experienced account managers and customer service driven professionals who are new to industry and ready to grow their career in recruitment.
As a 360 Account Manager, you will:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients across the Canberra region.
* Conduct frequent site visits to engage with clients and field employees, running toolbox talks, job starts and site inspections.
* Oversee HSE and compliance management for field employees.
* Source, screen, and onboard candidates, including interviews, reference checks, compliance, and inductions.
* Coordinate pre-employment requirements, onboarding and site inductions.
* Handle day-to-day employee management including payroll queries, PPE distribution, and performance matters.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal systems and processes.
* Collaborate with other Protech branches to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused mindset.
* Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
* A self-motivated attitude with a drive to meet targets and KPIs.
* Ability to learn new systems and processes.
* Previous experience in recruitment, account management and the labour industry is highly regarded (but not essential).
