o Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
* Pay Rate - $36.05 per hour + superannuation

About the Role
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will:
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging lifestyle and wellbeing activities
* Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and their families
* Encourage resident participation and social connection
* Maintain accurate documentation and lifestyle records
* Work collaboratively with the Lifestyle Team and care staff
* Uphold Catholic Healthcare’s values, policies and Model of Care
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Certificate III (or higher) in Leisure & Health or similar
* Previous experience in residential aged care as a lifestyle assistant
* A warm, empathetic and resident‑focused approach
* Strong communication and time‑management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to respecting residents’ values, preferences and spiritual beliefs
