Job Overview
The role supports the delivery of customer brand strategy, working across all bakery segments alongside key retail partners. Key initiatives include private label product development, product improvement, and packaging update projects.
* Implement customer brands strategy via assisting with long-term customer NPD plans.
* Support/lead and/or manage innovation, packaging updates, and product development projects across all bakery segments within Private Label.
* Build relationships with internal cross-functional teams, retail customers, and external agencies to optimise and execute delivery of plans.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business or commerce or similar with a marketing focus. 1-2 years' experience in customer engagement, shopper activation, or POS activation is required. Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel and willingness to learn internal and external retailer systems is necessary.
