The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Sydney on a Maximum Term Contract for 12 months. Reporting directly to the Head of Design, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling visual content for both print and digital mediums.
As our Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with internal clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling design briefs.
Day-to-day you will:
1. Make quality decisions in scoping and managing design jobs to align with firm strategy.
2. Foster positive relationships with our external design service in Mumbai and contribute to evolving their understanding of our brand.
3. Efficiently organize and prioritize workload, leveraging our Integreon Mumbai team.
4. Provide clear art direction to ensure high-standard deliverables from our outsource provider.
5. Promote brand awareness, consistency and adherence to guidelines.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the team's reputation.
7. Identify and suggest process improvements for best work practices.
8. Design high-quality content for various print and digital assets.
9. Create visually compelling diagrams, charts, and graphics using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Turning complex data into visually compelling infographics
10. Manage projects and develop publications, event collateral, and more.
11. Assist in updating and evolving our self-service offerings and design guidance.
What you'll bring:
12. A proactive and detail-oriented approach, coupled with outstanding organizational skills.
13. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
14. Creative thinking and ability to efficiently communicate that through mock-ups.
15. Ability to provide an internal client with a reverse brief as required
16. Strong skills in graphic design, pre-print/print management, packaging/merchandise and an understanding of design for online/digital channels
17. High level design/formatting support, design advice and hands-on support to clients
18. Demonstrate effective consultative, influencing, troubleshooting and negotiation skills
19. Ability to take on multiple tasks, projects and priorities to ensure they are all delivered on time and to the highest standard.
20. Excellent communication skills
21. Strong collaborator & team player
22. Experience and knowledge of applying corporate brand guidelines
