This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Siebel CRM Software Engineer to play a critical role in delivering high-impact, enterprise-scale CRM solutions within a large and complex environment. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of mission-critical systems that support millions of users, driving innovation and improving service delivery through cutting-edge technology.
Your duties will include:
* Designing, developing and maintaining Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements
* Implementing Siebel configurations, workflows, integrations, and scripting solutions
* Developing and managing data migration and data load processes (EIM)
* Producing high-quality technical designs and participating in code reviews and testing
* Supporting system administration, release, and deployment activities
* Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance CRM solutions
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
* Extensive experience in Siebel CRM development (TBUI, Workflows, Scripting, Configuration, Integration/EAI, OpenUI)
* Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and Oracle technology stack
* Proven ability to lead software development activities and solve complex technical problems
* Experience with system integration, release management, and deployment practices
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience working in large, complex enterprise or government environments
