No real estate experience is required. A positive attitude and a consistent drive, coupled with a desire to learn are your keys for success.
Responsibilities
Generate relationships with homeowners
Grow ownership database
Nurture buyers
Attend building / pest inspections, valuations
Attend open homes and private inspections
Requirements
Professional phone manner
Results oriented
High level of personal presentation
Ability to problem solve and use initiative
Must have a driver's licence
Must be available for weekend and after-hours appointments
Note: Your real estate licence must be obtained within 12 months of commencement.
The role will be based at our office in Blackwood with daily work in and around the adjoining suburbs. Training will be provided throughout all stages of your career, and new responsibilities will be introduced as the role evolves. This position has the scope to grow, creating many possible pathways for your future.
