Health Safety & Environmental Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our safety efforts across all divisions.
This role involves overseeing policies, systems, contractor safety compliance, and incident management to ensure legal requirements are met and best-practice safety standards are delivered.
* Develop implement and maintain WHS HSE policies procedures and safety systems.
* Oversee contractor safety compliance including licenses insurances competencies and safety documentation.
* Conduct site inspections safety audits and risk assessments across our projects and job sites.
* Lead incident investigations and manage regulatory notifications when required.
The successful candidate will have strong communication people skills a solid understanding of WHS legislation construction safety and contractor compliance requirements experience conducting site inspections audits and incident investigations.
Responsibilities include:
* Policymaking: Develop and maintain comprehensive health safety and environmental policies that align with regulatory requirements.
* Contractor Management: Oversee contractor safety compliance ensuring licenses insurances competencies and safety documentation are in place.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough site inspections safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

Requirements:
