We're inviting expressions of interest for a Principal Consultant role in Adelaide -a pivotal senior position within our regional leadership team, supporting key clients, developing strategic solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor in quality engineering.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager - SA, you will play a strategic and hands-on leadership role, serving as a senior client-facing consultant and account partner, particularly on key initiatives like SA Water. This role provides the chance to help shape Planit's regional presence, working closely with Account Directors and Practice Leaders to develop high-impact solutions and deepen client trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Senior On-Site Leadership at key clients: Lead hybrid teams (on-site, remote, offshore), manage senior client relationships, ensure delivery excellence across KPIs, and act as the client's go-to for quality solutions.
* Account Growth & Relationship Building: Work with the Account Director and GM to enhance client engagement, provide executive-level consultation, and co-develop roadmaps for growth.
* Enterprise Solutions & Innovation: Champion innovative QE strategies including Automation, Performance, Security, and AI by collaborating with our Practice Directors and broader leadership team.
* Cross-Capability Engagement: Lead and coordinate testing initiatives across all quality domains in enterprise settings.
* Mentorship & Community Engagement: Contribute to QE people leadership, support initiatives like HerTechPath, and represent Planit at networking and industry events.
* Business Partnership: Provide senior coverage and support across accounts during peak demand or leadership absences.
* Automation Thought Leadership: Establish enterprise automation strategies, conduct automation assessments, and provide recommendations, lead automation proof of values, and contribute to RFX processes.
