You will assist in scoping and high-level solution design for Business and Wealth, supporting key initiatives in strategy, customer experience, NPS programs, workforce optimisation, cost management, and simplification. You'll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive Westpac's sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term success. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying significant business opportunities, assessing the current landscape, and crafting future-state operating models and architectures. You'll develop strategic roadmaps, conduct high-level cost/benefit analyses, and create compelling business cases. Additionally, you'll prepare materials and present to working groups, steering committees, and executive teams, securing endorsement and facilitating key decisions. Your work will be supported by robust quantitative insights and financial models that strengthen the decision-making process. You'll collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to align strategies and execute plans effectively. What do I need? Experience excelling in strategic problem-solving, financial modelling, and business case development Extensive expertise gained from working in a top-tier management consulting firm Ability to develop materials to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively at a board or executive-level to facilitate decision making. Ability to independently lead projects, people, and thrive under high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, having successfully influenced senior stakeholders, including boards, shareholders, and governance committees.
