The Role.
This role is perfect for the individual who is aspiring to join a great real estate team and premium brand. Suitable for people with experience in the industry, our primary focus is to welcome someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to provide great customer experiences.
Full and ongoing training and mentoring will be provided by Head of Property Management so that you can further develop your skills in end-to-end property management.
Your role will include, but not limited to:
* Manage the letting process, including inspections, assessing applications, and providing feedback to all parties.
* Conduct routine inspections as per the management authority and legislation requirements
* Manage all maintenance and repairs in accordance with legislation, the management authority and lessor instruction
* Monitor and action rent arrears daily, including updating the lessor, issuing of any notices as per legislation and tribunal lodgement and attendance, as required
* Manage tenancy agreement renewals, including rent reviews, within legislated timelines
* Issuing of any notices for breach of the tenancy agreement and any other notices, as required
* Manage and negotiate tenant and/or lessor concerns/disputes with empathy and a view to finding a solution
* Provide advice to the lessor on maintaining the quality of their investment property and recommendations to improve the ROI
Ability.
