About the Role
You will work closely with our Product Support Manager and Brand Experience Managers to resolve product-related questions and issues. Your tasks will include undertaking testing and analysis work, sharing findings with management, and working collaboratively as part of a remote team.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience with Jira and Jira Service Management
* A proven track record in customer service and dealing with challenging customer questions
* A thorough understanding of Social Media platforms and trends
* An open and positive personality
