**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing, cooking and serving a wide range of main meals, steaks and desserts, all in accordance with our menu.
- Ensuring of food safety of dishes served to guests with special dietaries
- Clean and maintain the cooking and preparation areas and tools as required
- Ensuring correct storage of food
- Communicating and providing directions for junior chefs and kitchen hands

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
