- What role will you play?Within this role, you will lead and coordinate organisational change activities across the team. You will have oversight of $250M+ annual budget and the recovery of these costs through platform, product and services to all businesses across Macquarie. You will have an important position to collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement workforce strategies for 700+ resources working across 30+ locations globally. In addition, you will support the technology strategy by providing timely and accurate reporting of key initiatives
