Family Life Coach Role
This role involves working with families in challenging situations to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. The Family Life Coach will provide coaching and support to families, focusing on building strong relationships based on trust and respect.
The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in a related field such as community services, youth work, social work, or life coaching. They will also have experience working with families who are experiencing complex issues such as homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, and mental health problems. The Family Life Coach will need to be able to create and deliver engaging presentations and facilitate group sessions, as well as provide individualized support to families.
The position requires the ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. The Family Life Coach must also have a current National Police Clearance and a valid WA Driver's License.
