Senior Town Planner Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join our team in regional Western Australia. As a key member of our planning and development team, you'll play a vital role in delivering projects that strengthen communities, unlock economic opportunities, and support sustainable development across the state.
This diverse role will expose you to complex regional challenges, providing valuable experience in strategic planning, land development, and project delivery. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in Crown Land, Native Title, Aboriginal heritage, and tenure considerations under the guidance of experienced professionals.
About the Role:
* Provide Strategic Planning Advice: Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality planning advice that informs regional development and strengthens community resilience.
* Manage Development Applications: Oversee the management of development applications and planning processes across state and local frameworks.
* Assess Land Use Opportunities: Conduct thorough assessments of land use opportunities and development constraints to inform business decisions.
* Engage with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, community groups, Traditional Owners, and industry partners to drive collaborative outcomes.
* Contribute to Business Growth: Contribute to business development and new project opportunities by identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
* Coordinate Project Delivery: Coordinate subconsultants to ensure successful project delivery and meet stakeholder expectations.
