The Role
This is a key role in our team, ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality care every day. You'll be the person who keeps the wheels turning — coordinating rosters, supporting our team of carers, and solving scheduling challenges quickly and effectively.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Coordinate and manage daily and weekly rosters to ensure every client receives their allocated care services.
* Match staff skills, availability, and personality with the needs of each client.
* Quickly solve scheduling challenges such as changes, cancellations, and urgent shifts.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our rostering systems.
Act as thego-to person for scheduling enquiries from carers and clients.
Team Support
Provide support to our amazing team of care professionals.
* Help ensure services are delivered in line with our high care standards.
* Support onboarding and training of new staff.
* Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
* Work collaboratively with care partners and management to help us continuously improve scheduling systems and service delivery.

Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Aged Care, Community Care or similar.
* Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (home care, aged care, or NDIS preferred).
* Minimum 1 year experience in aged care.
* Strong understanding of person-centred care and aged care standards.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and rostering systems (Visual Care highly regarded).
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* Current Driver's Licence.
