Easy Authoring is looking for a driven and talented Change Analyst to work within NSW Government on a long-term contract basis_
Key Accountabilities:
The Change Analyst is responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the Program.
The position is responsible for managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organizational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
The position conducts change analysis and change impact assessments and develops and delivers effective change plans and change reporting.
Stakeholder engagement: to create and maintain a database, schedule briefings andpreparing content
Communication: drafting comms, managing sign off process, helping issues communications, 2-way communication inbox, measuring the success via surveys and statistics
IT implementation experience but doesn't necessarily need an IT based Change Analyst.
