Programa makes it easier for designers to manage their projects and for suppliers to manage, promote and sell their products.We Are Looking ForA Melbourne-based design and marketing allrounder looking to take the next step in their career, advance their marketing skills and grow with an innovative company.The ideal candidate will have an eye for high-end design and experience working with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns.We are a small team seeking someone with the drive, motivation and enthusiasm to help scale a global business.What You Will Be DoingAs Content and Design Coordinator, you will be working directly with the Head of Marketing and Head of Brand to:Own design & content creation for a wide variety of marketing and sales assets from social media ads, landing pages, case studies, to presentations, animations, automated email campaigns and flat-lays.Maintain a digital asset management system to aid in use of assets across company.Assist with marketing execution across our owned channels.Contribute to campaign and creative idea generation.Assist with creative copy for a variety of purposes and audiences.Ad hoc tasks as they come up.Who You Are2+ years of experience in design and marketing, ideally in-house.
