Are you an experienced radiology receptionist looking for your next short-term opportunity?
We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to support a busy radiology clinic in Melton and Cairnlea on a 4 to 6-week temporary assignment.
About the Role: In this front-desk position, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
Your role will focus primarily on face-to-face reception duties, providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out processes
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily diary
- Handling patient enquiries in person and over the phone
- Liaising with clinicians and radiographers
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Ensuring accurate data entry and patient record management
About You:
- Previous experience in a radiology clinic is essential
- Professional, calm and compassionate demeanour
- Confident working in a fast-paced, face-to-face role
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to start immediately and commit to the full assignment duration
