As a Digital Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in our fast-paced Digital Sales Growth team, driving digital innovation and elevating the online customer experience. Reporting to the Associate Director – eCommerce Growth, you'll be responsible for ensuring a secure, resilient website, enabling seamless online ordering, and optimizing delivery processes to support growth across our core product lines.
What You'll Do
* Support a diverse digital delivery team, encouraging accountability and high performance.
* Coordinate the delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
* Collaborate with peers to embed consistent delivery practices and governance frameworks.
* Supervise progress, manage risks, and report performance to senior leadership.
* Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Drive digital sales initiatives to improve NPS, digital sales mix, CLV, and conversion rates, while supporting team wellbeing.
* Build strong relationships across business divisions, acting as a trusted partner and influencer.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in Digital Delivery Management, with expertise in backlog management, prioritisation, and iterative delivery.
* Proven success leading delivery teams and delivering large-scale digital initiatives.
* Skilled in risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
* Excellent collaboration, coordination, and executive reporting abilities.
* Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized, diligent, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.
