**About the role**
As a Customer Service Representative with Lincoln Sentry, you will provide incredibly high level of customer service over the phone, build, and maintain customer relationships, and use self-management to ensure all orders are up to date, within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
This role offers work flexibility where you will work 50% from our Acacia Ridge office and 50% from home.
**Responsibilities**
- Work in conjunction with the sales team and branches to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Support and help customers by assisting with technical queries
- Manage and help resolve complaints made by customers

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience within customer service/call centre environments
- Strong multi-tasking capability and the ability to keep up with the demands of a dynamic environment
- Ability to develop strong relationships and have a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications with a natural ability to build rapport
- Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
