The businesses provide a broad range of branding and communication solutions including promotional products, branded apparel, environmental graphics and visual communication assets across a variety of industries. Position Summary As Signarama Noosa and Fully Promoted Noosa continue to expand their branding, customer engagement and digital communication services, the Multimedia Designer will play a key role in supporting the businesses' multimedia content development and visual communication initiatives across both digital and physical platforms. This role focuses on the creation of multimedia branding assets, social media content, EDM campaigns, promotional communication materials, client-facing presentations and digital marketing content tailored to different audiences and industries. Working closely with clients, management, sales and production teams, the Multimedia Designer will support the development of engaging brand communication, multimedia campaigns and promotional content while assisting in the delivery of branding and visual communication projects across the businesses. Key Responsibilities : Develop multimedia branding and visual communication assets tailored to different audiences, industries and business objectives Create and manage digital promotional content across social media, EDM campaigns and online communication platforms Lead the development of multimedia communication content including motion graphics, GIFs, digital layouts, promotional video content and customer-facing visual assets across online and promotional platforms Consult with clients and stakeholders to understand branding, communication and multimedia content requirements Translate client ideas and business objectives into engaging visual communication solutions across digital and physical platforms Support the development and maintenance of branding consistency across campaigns, communication materials and multimedia assets Prepare detailed visual assets and artwork files for branding, promotional products, apparel decoration and environmental graphic applications Coordinate with sales, management and production teams to support the delivery of multimedia communication and branding projects Organise and manage multimedia assets, templates and digital content libraries for ongoing business and client use Support the ongoing growth of the businesses' digital presence, promotional communication and customer engagement initiatives Skills & Experience : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in multimedia design, visual communication, branding or related creative industries Relevant qualifications in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience producing multimedia content across digital, promotional and online environments Strong understanding of multimedia production workflows, branding systems, digital layouts and visual communication principles Experience creating digital promotional content including social media assets, EDM campaigns, animations, GIFs and multimedia marketing materials Experience developing digital mockups, presentations and branding assets across digital and physical communication platforms Ability to manage multiple multimedia and branding projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop engaging multimedia communication solutions aligned with branding and customer engagement objectives Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, sales and production teams Software & Tools : Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe After Effects EDM and digital marketing platforms Multimedia and content management tools Employment Details : Full-time position Based in Noosa, Queensland Salary range: AUD $75k-$80k superannuation APPLY NOW through the online application form.
