**On a daily basis you will**:
- Design and implement reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends and performance.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and forecast future requirements, resourcing and costs.
- Contribute to the development of strategic workforce plans and resourcing strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Develop and maintain workforce planning documentation and training materials.
- Assist with the development of business cases, organisational redesigns and improvement projects.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure that workforce planning strategies align with recruitment and talent management initiatives.
**About you**:
- Qualifications in Business. HR or other relevant field
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role in a diverse organisation
- Experience with workforce planning and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and present this information in a manner to promote initiatives
- Strong analytics skills and critical evaluation skills
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills

**What's on offer**
We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $123,987 to $136,561 (salary + super).
