Knotwood operates as a privately held company in Stapylton, Queensland. As the demand for our products continues to rise, we require an additional Internal Sales Representative to join us.
**KEY OBJECTIVE**

- Experience in a trade industry/trade sales
- Strong understanding of trade sales process
- Ability to read construction plans
- Proven record selling building products
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- A competitive and motivated drive to meet and exceed your sales target
- Technical knowledge of building products, methods, terminology, installation & details
- Strong organizational skills
**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Construction plan take-offs, to provide quotes to customers
- Training and working with customers on how best to use our systems
- Follow up on all sales inquiries and quotes
- Identify new and nurture existing relationships with our customer base
- Training customers to use our online software for placing orders and tracking the progress of existing orders and tracking freight
- Additional tasks set by the Internal Sales Manager
**REQUIRED HOURS**
38 Hours per week.
**REMUNERATION**
Salary is dependent on your skill set and experience.
