About the Role
We are looking to talk to experienced Parts Interpreters & Parts Managers, those already in this type of role and those looking to make their first step into Parts Management, to run the parts department at our branch in the thriving Midwest town of Geraldton.
We're looking for a results driven leader, to achieve great outcomes, and look on the department as if it's their own. You'll lead by example, driving parts sales, with an eye on customer retention, inventory turns and profitability. You'll grow parts sales and actively take part in dealership growth to both internal and external customers, while being a key member of dealership management.
Ideally you will have the following:
* Demonstrable experience in a role at a similar level,
* Knowledge & Understanding of Parts Dept Functions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer satisfaction and service, focused.
* Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft suite
* Business acumen, experience with budget achievement
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in; a can do attitude
Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery Parts in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position, those with a mechanical background and experience of any brand of machinery are encouraged to apply.
