Join our Gepps Cross Home Improvement Store, liaising directly with our customers to ensure that their products are ready for pick-up and loading on-time, every time.
This is a full-time permanent role, working across a rotating roster with weekend work.
RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and serving customers in our 'pick up' area, ensuring that orders are ready for collection.
Load customer vehicles via forklift according to the safety guidelines.
Move stock and finished goods around the store and surrounding environment safely.
Picking, packing and scanning stock ready for pick-up.
Liaise with other internal and external stakeholders to efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer.
Assist the Retail Team with in-store duties as required.
General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
Strict adherence to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment.
ABOUT YOU Current Forklift Licence is essential.
Forklift experience including loading, unloading and maneuvering in various environments while following strict safety protocols.
Previous experience within customer service highly desirable.
Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Customer-centric approach, with a willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
