About the Role
The Chief People Officer (CPO) is an exceptional opportunity for a high-caliber, resilient leader passionate about creating people-centric environments and leading transformation. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CPO will work closely across all levels of the organisation and its members, including front line nurses and residents, right through to the Board.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will bring demonstrated expertise in leading transformative human resources initiatives that have resulted in uplifts in employee engagement, attraction and retention measures.
You will be known for your personable and engaging style, and ability to lead a team as a trusted business partner across workforce strategy, IR/ER, and HR operations.
Your experience within a customer centric organisation, focused on employee and customer experience will be key to your success, along with leadership that promotes a growth mindset and creates an environment where people can thrive.
