About the Role
Working closely with the leadership team, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure the day-to-day operations of the business are well-coordinated and effective. This is a full-time maternity relief position, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our growing boutique agency.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration including email management, document preparation and data entry
- Coordinating daily office operations and supporting workflow across the business
- Supporting the general manager with day to day structuring and support
- Assisting with scheduling, meeting preparation and internal communication
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Supporting marketing and property administration tasks where required
- Providing high-level organisational support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assisting with projects, checklists, and process improvements during the contract period
