Our client is a leading global brand in the pharmaceutical and medical sales sector. They are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their high-performing team. About the Role:
As a
Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations between customers, the internal sales team, and the company's global logistics partner,
DHL.
You'll handle new customer account set-up, order processing, delivery coordination, and resolve any issues that arise — all while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage customer account applications in SAP
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and effective support
* Coordinate order processing and delivery with DHL, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment
* Monitor stock levels and support supply chain forecasting
* Reconcile inventory, deliveries, and sales reports
* Manage product returns, complaints, and special requests
* Maintain accurate customer and product data, including pricing and discounts
* Collaborate with internal teams and DHL on accounts receivable and delivery matters
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales coordination roles, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience using SAP or similar systems is highly desirable
* Background in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
