What You'll Be Doing:
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems at homes and businesses.
* Keeping things safe and compliant with all industry standards.
* Working with the team on cool projects—some local, some remote.
* Mentoring apprentices and helping create a fun, positive work culture.
What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified electrician
* Current White Card
* Desirable: Current WWVP Card
* A customer-focused attitude and great communication skills.
* Experience in Commercial, Solar/Battery systems, or split systems is awesome, but not a dealbreaker.
* The ability to work independently and with a team.
* A knack for detail, like keeping good records and testing work.
* A problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
* Willingness to travel for remote work if needed.
* A good attitude – We love to work hard, but we also know how to have fun. Bring your positive energy and sense of humor to keep things light and enjoyable on-site.
