Your day will include:
* Manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality, timely speech pathology services
* Support participants in schools, homes, and community settings
* Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to tailor treatment goals
* Deliver evidence-based interventions that help participants achieve greater independence
* Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team
* Mentor and support early career clinicians (for senior clinicians)
* Stay current with NDIS guidelines to ensure best practice and compliance
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Post-graduate experience (or keen new grads ready to learn!)
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to innovate and improve
* Passion for working in the disability sector
* Team player looking to contribute to a fun, supportive, and purpose-driven environment
