We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful applicant will provide a high-quality occupational therapy service within the Subacute in the Home program. Working closely with the broader rehabilitation team, the Occupational Therapy role is focussed on providing individual goal-directed care that aims to maximise patient independence, primarily within the patient's own home. Experience working within rehabilitation and public health settings is preferred but not essential.
