Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to provide holistic, patient-centred palliative care in a calm and supportive environment?
Albany Community Hospice is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (0.5 FTE) to join our clinical team. You’ll deliver exceptional palliative care in alignment with each patient\'s values, wishes, and care goals—ensuring dignity at the end of life.
About the Role
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients and their families/carers.
Work collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Monitor and assess patient needs, implement care plans, and respond to changes promptly.
Mentor and support Enrolled Nurses, Assistants, and students.
Uphold clinical governance, safety, and quality care standards.

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Relevant tertiary nursing qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Knowledge of safe clinical practices and quality standards
ICT proficiency and sound clinical documentation skills
Post-graduate qualifications (or working towards)
Work in WA’s only community-supported hospice
