Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the hotel overnight as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth, safe operations.
* Deliver warm, proactive service and resolve guest needs quickly.
* Manage check‐ins, check‐outs, and all overnight financial transactions accurately.
* Complete night audit processes and ensure all revenue is correctly posted.
* Maintain hotel security and uphold all policies, procedures, and WH&S standards.
* Support and supervise the Night Team, keeping communication clear and consistent.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to prepare rooms and fulfil guest requests.
* Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in hotel Front Office or a similar leadership role.
* A guest‐first mindset with strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Confidence in handling financial tasks and night audit processes.
* Ability to lead a small team and work independently overnight.
* Calm, professional presence under pressure and a commitment to safety.
* Strong knowledge of hotel systems and a keen eye for detail.
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
