Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW. As part of this role, you will work closely with our hospitality group to deliver high-quality dining experiences across various events.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present dishes consistently across all events, adhering to the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and quality.
Lead and manage your assigned section efficiently during busy service periods.
Collaborate with senior chefs to adapt menus in line with current gallery exhibitions, ensuring a unique and engaging experience for guests.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as CDP or equivalent in a high-volume, premium catering or fine dining environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
The ability to thrive under pressure, bringing energy and enthusiasm to service.
Demonstrated time management skills and consistency during high-volume events.
Valid Australian working rights (citizenship, residency, or full working visa).
