About The Role In this role, you’ll coordinate external events, contribute towards digital marketing, social media, and brand activity. As the central point of contact for the Engagement team, you’ll also coordinate requests, manage administrative tasks and ensure work moves forward clearly and collaboratively. We’re looking for a junior marketer with a love of storytelling, a strong eye for detail and is excited about creating engaging content. You’ll support end to end event delivery and brand activity that helps the Engagement team deliver high impact work. Strong writing skills are essential, along with confidence in using Excel, and experience using tools such as WordPress and Canva to manage and create content. To be considered for this role you’ll need: A degree qualification in marketing, communication, or equivalent At least 2-3 years experience working in a fast-paced marketing and communication team Knowledge and experience of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing and event planning Experience creating content for various channels including website, social media, flyers and email marketing Strong verbal and written communications High level attention to detail with the ability to work across multiple projects and timelines A positive, flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for engaging people Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint Experience with WordPress, Canva or Adobe Indesign NDIS Workers Screening Check Working with Children Check What We Offer Continuous Learning and Opportunities for Growth: Access to our in-house career coach, an external professional development budget and support to guide you on your personalised career pathway.
