Main Responsibilities:
* Leading risk assessments, incident investigations, and internal audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
* Building strong relationships across departments and mentoring supervisors and workers in the field.
* Delivering engaging safety training and supporting return-to-work processes.
* Ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of safety performance data to inform decision-making.
