We are seeking Expressions of Interest for multiple Business Development Managers/Specialists and Employer Engagement Partners across metro Adelaide for our Inclusive Employment Australia service.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing tailored employment solutions for justice-involved clients, including skills matching, interview preparation, and motivational interviewing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and organisations committed to inclusive employment for participants who have been involved with the justice system.
* Identifying employer needs and matching suitable participants, ensuring successful employment outcomes.
* Providing training and support to employers on inclusivity and disability employment practices.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A strong alignment to our organisational values and culture.
* In-depth understanding of the justice system, employment barriers for ex-offenders, and the ability to advocate for opportunities for participants with offending histories.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with diverse clients, employers, and staff.
* Proven experience in developing tailored employment solutions for justice-involved clients.
* Success in establishing partnerships with local businesses and organisations committed to inclusive employment for participants who have been involved with the justice system.
* Strong knowledge of legal and compliance requirements around employing participants with criminal histories.
* Ability to meet targets and work towards clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Knowledge of local and regional labour markets.
* A National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
