Overview
The Role: Reporting to the National Commercial Insights Manager, the Commercial & Pricing Analyst plays a key role in shaping OTR’s pricing strategy. This role partners with stakeholders across the business to drive profitability, customer value, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- As Commercial & Pricing Analyst, you’ll provide actionable insights that improve business performance, influence pricing strategies, and optimise promotional effectiveness.
- Analysis of pricing, cost of goods, and promotions to identify risks and opportunities.
- Insights that shape pricing strategies across OTR and Reddy Express brands.
- Monitoring of market trends to guide commercial decisions and margin management.
- Evaluation of promotional performance to inform future strategies.
- Clear recommendations and presentations to drive strategic conversations.

About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or business analytics.
- Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Macros).
- Experience with Power BI and SQL highly desirable.
- Exposure to pricing strategy, promotions, and retail trading dynamics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
