ABOUT DIRECTOR POSITION DANS In Home Care requires suitably qualified and experienced persons to join our Advisory Board. The Board to meet approximately 4-6 times per year. Board Members also serve on one or more of the Board Committees which meet at least 2 times per year. The term of appointment is for a two-year period, with the opportunity for future terms of reappointment. This is a paid position. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Two positions to be filled: Position 1: clinical qualifications and experience (example: Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Doctor) Position 2: qualifications and experience in Risk Management/ Strategic Planning. Applicants should have the ability to contribute to the Board's required obligations which include setting the mission and purpose of the organisation, strategy development; financial and risk management; corporate governance and clinical governance. These skills are expected from the Board as a whole, with no individual Director expected to possess all the skills identified.
